Resetting Your Password

If you’ve forgotten your password:

1. On the login screen, tap Forgot password?
2. Enter your email address
3. Check your inbox for a reset link
4. Tap the link and enter a new password

If you signed up with Google, you sign in through Google and don’t have a GrowLog password.

Changing Your Email Address

Email address changes are handled through your account settings. If you need to change the email associated with your account, contact us at support@growlogai.com and we’ll help you through it.

Signing Out

Open Settings and tap Sign out at the bottom of the page.

Deleting Your Account

Before deleting your account, note:

• If you own any shared gardens that have other members, you’ll need to transfer ownership or delete those gardens first. GrowLog will prompt you if this applies.
• Deleting your account permanently removes all your gardens, crops, conversations, and session logs.

To delete your account, contact support@growlogai.com. We’ll process it promptly.
