What we're looking for
Merri is looking for an Account Manager to join our growing New York based team. You will be responsible for managing all venue relationships once the Sales team closes a new contract. If you're an operator at heart and value relationship building as a core business driver, then this is the perfect role for you.
We’re looking for an ambitious and driven business manager who is process-oriented and thrives in having a sense of ownership over the business. You will report directly into the CEO and will play a critical role in our growth trajectory, owning the end-to-end onboarding process, from intake through launch.
The ideal candidate has experience in SMB SaaS Account Management, Business Development, or Marketplace Vendor/Category Management. You are a critical thinker, with a unique ability to drive results through process improvements and relationship management. You’re energized by building strong relationships with our partners, and do whatever is necessary to ensure a successful site launch and experience thereafter.
If you’re eager to make a meaningful impact at a fast-growing startup, we’d love to meet you!
