About the role
We're EODHD APIs, a fast-growing financial data API company with 500+ B2B clients across 40+ countries. This role focuses on building relationships with existing clients, identifying upgrade opportunities, and ensuring clients get value before they consider leaving.
What you'll do
- Own a portfolio of global clients through regular check-ins and relationship building
- Identify upsell opportunities (API limit increases, data feed upgrades, WebSocket add-ons, Personal plan to commercial plan)
- Run proactive outreach when clients are approaching limits or have not been active
- Conduct exit interviews with every churned client
- Flag product issues and data gaps to the team. You are the early warning system.
- Track all client interactions in Bitrix24
Who we're looking for
- 2+ years in account management or customer success in B2B SaaS or data
- Comfortable speaking with developers, quants, and product managers
- Able to manage a global client base across multiple time zones
- Familiarity with financial data or fintech is a plus
- Working hours: CET
- Fluent English
