We are looking for an Account Manager who will own client relationships end-to-end, understand business requirements deeply, and ensure customers achieve strong business outcomes from Navana’s AI agents.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with clients, has strong communication and decision making skills, and can coordinate with internal tech, product, and operations teams to deliver high-quality execution.
You will act as the customer’s trusted partner — driving adoption, performance improvements, and long-term success.
