About Medendo

Medendo is the market leader for AI in Dutch Mental Healthcare, and we’re just getting started. Our product is evolving from a reporting tool into a fully integrated clinical assistant.

We are looking for an Account Manager to own the commercial success of our existing customer base. By the end of 2026, we aim to not only retain our users but significantly expand our footprint within their organizations.

This is your chance to move beyond "cold calling" and focus on deep, strategic partnerships. You will help healthcare organizations unlock the full potential of AI, turning pilot projects into organization-wide deployments.

The Role

You will work with customers who already know and trust Medendo, focusing on long-term partnerships, account expansion, and revenue. You will translate product value into concrete growth opportunities.

• Own Revenue Growth: You are responsible for the commercial health of your portfolio. You will identify upsell opportunities—adding users, teams, or locations—and drive the adoption of new features.
• Strategic Partnership: You will move beyond day-to-day support to become a trusted advisor for decision-makers at the tactical and strategic levels (Management & Board).
• Build Business Cases: You will translate the "magic" of our AI into clear ROI. You will build the business cases required for large-scale rollouts and handle commercial negotiations for renewals and extensions.
• Internal Collaboration: You will work closely with Customer Success (adoption) and Product (roadmap) to ensure your clients are successful and ready to scale.
