Architecture is changing. AI is beginning to reshape how buildings are designed, and many of the world’s leading firms are now exploring how these technologies can support better, faster, and more informed design processes.
At Finch, we’re building an AI-powered design platform for architects. Our technology helps teams generate and evaluate floor plans in the early stages of a project. Combining a firm’s own design logic with AI to create compliant, buildable layouts in hours instead of days.
Today, firms such as KPF, SOM, and ShoP use Finch in their workflows, and more than 120,000 architects have joined our waitlist. We’re now looking for ambitious people with a background in architecture or AEC who want to help guide firms through this transition.
As an Enterprise Account Executive, you’ll work closely with architecture and design firms across Europe and North America, helping them understand how Finch can support their design process.
You’ll primarily work with mid-sized and larger firms (roughly 50–500 people) that are already familiar with Finch through inbound interest, events, partnerships, or previous conversations. Rather than traditional outbound sales, this role is about building trust, understanding how firms work, and helping them evaluate whether Finch is the right fit.
You’ll run conversations, demos, and pilot projects with principals, BIM leads, computational designers, and project teams, translating both the technical and design value of the platform.
You are ambitious, you want to drive change, you are curious, and most likely an architect who naturally gravitates toward new technology. You have strong communication skills, and you excel in handling client relationships within your firm. You’ve worked in architecture or AEC for at least four years and have a strong understanding of early-stage design workflows.
You don’t necessarily need previous B2B sales experience. What matters most is your ability to understand architects, communicate clearly, and build trust with senior stakeholders. We’re looking for someone who is ambitious, structured, and excited about helping the industry adopt new ways of working. As an early-stage startup, we move quickly and there isn’t always a predefined playbook. You should be comfortable figuring things out, building from scratch, and iterating fast.
