All sales to date have been founder-led. We’ve built strong momentum through direct relationships and high-conviction selling. Now we’re hiring our first Account Executive to help turn that motion into something scalable.

The Role

This is our first non-founder sales hire.

You will work directly with the founders on active opportunities, learning the current sales motion up close and then iterating on it. You'll absorb what's working, challenge what isn't, and help shape a repeatable process that scales beyond founder-led selling.

This is a strategic sales partner role inside an early-stage company. You'll own relationships and outcomes while leveraging AI tooling to handle the operational layer. Your value is in the room, on the call, and at the table, not in admin duties.

In the early months, you'll shadow the founders, learn the motion, and help build the automation systems that eliminate manual sales work. Over time, this role evolves into a fully independent, quota-carrying selling partner.
