For the event, the Cafalon 121 Committee is working together with 3 hotels in the city which will accommodate the delegations, officials, members of press, and other accredited personnel throughout the contest. Rooms have been reserved at the following hotels:

1. La Bonvoy — for delegations and VIPs
2. Le Mediteranien — for delegations and teams from non-competing broadcasters
3. Metrotel Centrale — for accredited press and media

Additionally, there are over 120 hotels across Cafalon and its surrounding areas and countless other homestays, short-term rentals, and other accommodation options for fans and others who will be in town for the contest.
