At Untitled Group, we are proud to celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive, respectful, and welcoming environment for all. We encourage people of all backgrounds, identities, and abilities to work with us.
Globally 1 in 6 people live with a disability. That is approximately 1.3 billion people. While some experience a disability that is visible, many have a non-visible condition or experience a combination of both visible and non-visible conditions.
These disabilities can be temporary, situational or permanent. They can be neurological, cognitive and neurodevelopmental as well as physical, visual, auditory and include sensory and processing difficulties. They can also be respiratory as well as chronic health conditions such as arthritis and diabetes, chronic pain and sleep disorders.

We want every Team Member to feel like they truly belong. Inclusion means making sure each of us has the support we need to fully take part in everything we do at work. When we create an inclusive space, we get to celebrate all the different backgrounds, perspectives, and experiences that make our team so unique - and we can tap into those differences to do even better work together.
You can learn more about our inclusion policy in our Policy Handbook.
The inherent requirements of the roles we hire for include the use of basic technology (e.g. radios, tablets, computers), clear communication skills (reading, writing, speaking), and the capacity to work extended hours outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.
