Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Users- submits access request for systems and resources for them to perform their goals and duties
  2. Access Administrator- Review and Process the access request. Grant, modify, disable or revoke access as necessary.
  3. Manager- Verify and approve access requests for their respective team
  4. Owner- Provide higher management decisions especially if there is access that needs to be disabled or revoked.
