Hello everyone. A little bit about the course. What's inside.

The first lesson will be about working with attention in massage. Attention is the main tool. Techniques are secondary. Tune, diagnostics, base palsing technique.

The second lesson is about 3 levels of contact with the body, and basic techniques interraction with them. And sure we will continue to explore what interactions unfold from what we feel when we touch another.

The third lesson will be about rhythm, breathing and special techniques, working with the head, feet, some deep techniques.

After there will be moderated practice, possibly practice in 4 hands, work on mistakes...

Some people will say that it is impossible to learn massage in such a short time. But that was my way. I had a short, two evenings training. And start to practic. And when you can improvise — every client teach you something new. After 10 years of practice, I went to study anatomy, and it suddenly gave very little to what I had already.))

It's like in music, you learn to play by notes and then you can’t improvising. If you first get taste of improvisation, then learning the notes is not a problem.

We still have some organizational issues that need to be resolved. I think I found a massage table. We are solving the issue with the room.

It is necessary to determine the time. Kirril talks 5 hours a day — a lot. Maybe do 4 classes for 4 hours?/

Всем привет. Немного расскажу о курсе, что там внутри.

Первый урок будет посвящен работе с вниманием в массаже. Внимание - основной инструмент. Техники вторичны.

Второй урок будет посвящен уровням контакта, и исследованию взаимодействий, которые разворачиваются из того, что мы чувствуем, когда прикасаемся к другому. Базовые техники - палсинг и 3 уровня контакта с телом.

Третий урок будет про ритм, дыхание и специальные техники, работа с головой, стопами, некоторые глубокие техники.

Дальше будет модерируемая практика, возможно практика в 4 руки, работа над ошибками...

Конечно, некоторые люди скажут, что нельзя научиться за такое короткое время, но мой путь был именно таким. У меня было короткое обучение в два вечера. И стал практиковать и каждый клиент учил меня чему-то новому. Спустя 10 лет практики я пошел изучать анатомию, и это в действительноти очень мало добавило к тому, что я уже делал. ))

Это как в музыке, можно найчиться играть по нотам и потом почти невозможно начать импровизировать. Если же сперва научиться чувствовать музыку и импровизировать, выучить ноты потом не проблема.
