Currently working at PandaDoc.
I joined PandaDoc as the second Designer and had an opportunity to lead and be accountable for a brand new product. To top it off, I was fueling the team's growth on the design side as the company transformed from a 25 people startup into a 300+ organization.
I am working on various tasks ranging from creating huge workflows to polishing the micro-interactions and tiny UI elements. I am working closely with customers' feedback, Product and Support Teams to understand the user's pain while keeping the focus on business impact. I collaborate with the Dev & QA Teams to make sure the implementation is flawless or the compromises are negligible.
As a part of the UI Kit Team, I am creating and supporting the design system that speeds up our delivery process.
As a Lead, I'm mentoring a Junior designer and helping fellow designers to be proud of their work.
