Operation Connect - Q3 2025 Team Offsite is an internal project commissioned by Vitalbridge Technologies Ltd to plan and execute a fully coordinated 3-day offsite retreat for 15 team members. The project was initiated in response to the company’s strategic goal of strengthening team cohesion, improving cross-functional collaboration and recognizing team performance following the successful completion of the Tendara MVP development project.
As the assigned Project Manager, I was responsible for end-to-end planning and execution of the offsite; from vendor sourcing and venue selection through to travel coordination, budget management and post-event feedback collection. The project wad delivered within a fixed budget of #5,000,000 over a 6 weeks planning period.
