Because we believe candidates excel in different ways, we want to provide you with more than one platform to show us how you shine.

With that in mind, we designed a process combining interviews and a skill-based assessment to better understand what makes you tick. Our goal is to identify a good partnership for you and Wanderwell.

Through our interview process, we’ll answer your questions, give you a fuller sense of our team and culture, and learn more about your unique qualities. We sometimes change the order of the process outlined below, but this will give you a sense of our process and the time commitment. All interviews are conducted via Zoom.

After submitting an application, competitive candidates will be invited to an initial phone screen

Phone Screen - a brief call to ask candidates a couple of questions, as well as give candidates the opportunity to ask any questions they may have based on the job posting.

After the screen, this is our full process for candidates that we invite to continue:

  1. Skills-Based Evaluation

This evaluation to give you a hands-on opportunity to share your skills while getting familiar with the work and expectations of the role you're applying for at Wanderwell. In this phase, we ask candidates to dedicate about 45-60 minutes to complete an assignment.

  1. Director Interview

A 45-minute interview with Wanderwell's Director, Kate Tyson. In this in-depth interview, Kate will focus on several questions centering candidates' specific examples of professional experience and skills.
