I have been fascinated by math ever since I was a kid. Whenever I had a little bit of free time, I spent it on puzzles and math problems. This fascination took me down the academic path and now I am a PhD candidate at UIUC, in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering. I work with Professor Andrew Singer and try to solve a diverse set of problems, varying from acoustics to audio to biomedical sensing. I am fueled by the excitement of developing innovative applications to serve people's needs.
When I am not working, I love being outdoors and working on art&craft projects. Listening to podcasts/audiobooks is my favorite way of learning random new things.
