Foundation is framework. A Foundation, your Foundation, is a self-directed guide on how you live your life. It can be made up of habits, traditions, priorities, anecdotes, and whatever else you'd like to use to help you live a better life. Each individual is in charge of their own Foundation. As with other parts of life, if you find that you appreciate bits of someone else's Foundation it is within your jurisdiction to copy it over to yours.

You can start by clicking Foundation [A Template] and clicking "duplicate" in the top right corner.
