I’m a UX researcher, data strategist, and ministry consultant who believes listening is one of the most spiritual things a leader can do.
I’ve spent over a decade at the intersection of design, technology, and discipleship—first as a developer and designer, now as a researcher guiding digital strategy for a national Christian organization. I also work independently with churches, faith-based nonprofits, and resource-limited teams who want to align their systems with spiritual formation, not just surface metrics.
I’m a practitioner by nature. I like building tools, improving systems, and asking thoughtful questions that lead to real clarity. My voice blends strategic thinking, spiritual empathy, and human-centered design—because I believe ministry should be both intentional and deeply compassionate.

But I’ve also seen what happens when leaders pause, listen, and realign—friction decreases, growth re-emerges, and ministry feels like joy again.
That’s why I created Transformed Works—to offer practical, spiritually grounded tools that help leaders remove friction, foster formation, and design with discipleship in mind.
This isn’t about perfection. It’s about faithfulness, clarity, and creating space where people can grow.
