Hi, my name is Anya Epishcheva. I've changed three countries, three careers and three hair colours. Born in Russia, currently residing in East London. Two cats, two gooseberry plants and one bootstrapped passion project rich.
I started as a software developer, turned management consultant, turned analytics & science manager (LinkedIn).
Through advising my peers friends about their career choices over the last 10 years, I found my core passion of making people happy with their jobs and pursue it ever since ******would it be in my manager role, coach role or entrepreneur role.

I enjoy learning, practicing and talking about behavioural science, decision science, and creating transformational games for teams and individuals, all in the space of career development and happiness at work.
My other interests include being a collage artist, hiking and gardening.
