Cooking Therapy is a small-group cooking experience created for people who feel unsure or uncomfortable in the kitchen.

Sessions focus on simple, approachable recipes and clear, step-by-step guidance. The pace is unhurried, with time to ask questions, practice basic techniques, and cook together without pressure or expectations.

Each evening is designed to build confidence through repetition, structure, and shared cooking. We cook together, then share and celebrate the meal at the table. No prior experience is required — just curiosity and a willingness to try.
