I. What is it?

These are my notes for SAA-C02, taken from popular sources including,

II. How do I use it?

Every AWS service has its own dedicated page going over various topics. Major services (EC2, S3 etc) have a Tips section in the end to go over common exam questions and gotchas. Do revise it once before the day of the exam!

III. What was your prep strategy?

I prepared for about 1.5 months, studying 1-2 hours every day. Started off with A Cloud Guru's SAA course on Udemy but switched to Stephane Maarek's SAA course midway as I found it to cover more depth and provide a better understanding of the various AWS services. I also referred to AWS FAQ and Tutorial Dojo cheat sheet for common services.

Once done with the course, I took a total of 12 practice exams by Neal Davis and Tutorials Dojo and scored between 75-90 on all of them. I felt Neal's exams were a bit tougher than TD but TD's exam questions were more realistic and situation-based.

I'd say the actual exam was halfway between TD and Neal and so, would recommend taking both.
