How to Work & Resolve Them

AO Workspace (AWS) is where you can view your policies, and stay i communication with Lenore and underwriting.

When a submitted policy needs something corrected or clarified before it can be placed, it will show up as a MOD in your Planet Altig dashboard. “MOD” stands for Modification, and it’s a normal part of the process — every agent gets them. Your job is to resolve them quickly so your client gets covered and your commission gets paid.
