Discussion

Each role holder should provide an update at the weekly meeting - very short and can fold into flow of meeting. Let's aim to make meetings to the point, write down discussion points beforehand and keep open discussion until the end of the meeting.

Aim to have breakout groups, written summaries beforehand, let's see how it goes

Project Coordinator - Chris - Point of contact for emerging and existing projects

Delegate as necessary so that workload does not become to much - retain a high level oversight role rather than doing all the work. Ensuring adequate time is allocated for fulfilling tasks. All of us can play a role in repping the Guild in other meetings e.g. Academy but we should bring that work back and allocate as appropriate.

Development of Guild price list - representing tasks in fiat (already exists; need to surface & align tasks with members' skills and availability)
