Notes:

  1. We don’t want to lose the recordings, so just need to establish what we are doing with them. Max has access to them, but they are very large files. Recorded as full sessions, rather than individual talks. Everything was set up as Townhall meetings on Teams and Max should have access to them all. Tim to speak with Max in his one-to-one to find out about access. Tasks for someone to cut and edit. Q - do we have release forms? No - so we need to get a sense of what has been recorded. We can then follow up with release forms if we want to share any recordings.
    1. Nina to share with everyone just in case it hasn’t been shared widely.
  2. E-mail forwarded. Probably best to try participating after we’ve submitted our end-of-project report. Good to get representation from ARPM, a Research fellow, David Gilbert, someone from a partner organisation like Bradford or Newcastle. We need to think carefully about how the unique experience of Congruence Engine can be presented in a group of 7 people. To follow up in an email.
  3. Notion subscription: current plan is $12/ member and we pay for 9 members. From November 2024 it will automatically subscribe for another year, which is about £1000. Shall we reduce to 2 members (Tim and Carol) from November so the next bill will be smaller?
  4. Advice re. the report. Tim looking for volunteers to contribute. Around 6 weeks to get this together. Use next invesitigation meeting (11th Nov) to do some collective work on the recommendations.
