Notes:

1. Quick discussion about the different publications strands happening. Not much to be inputted on or discussed by ARPM until more is known post-30th Sept meeting.
2. Full programme now on the website and is being ‘designed’ by SMG designers. Tejala and Carol organising food and dinners. Hotels booked for CE team by Nina and travel is largely underway. Need to follow up whether security has been booked - check with Carol. ITC support for hybridity on Monday and Tuesday but not for Sunday.
   1. Daniel Wilson has asked about the conference. Arran to introduce to Julia and Max.
3. Anna-Maria is leading on this work and is willing and happy to support people to do this work. ARPM need to help this move forward as AMS’ contract comes to an end at the end of October.
   1. GitHub pages moving forward with those who want to have one. AMS setting up basic infrastructure.
   2. Need Tim’s input to pick up connecting into SMG sharepoint. AMS willing to do as much as possible before end of contract, but need to know what decisions can be made and for ARPM to be responsive.
   3. Zotero library is now with Arran rather than Daniel, but as Arran’s contract is only two weeks longer than AMS’, this needs to go to SMG. Probably best to go to Tim’s ownership too as a long term holder of the account.
4. Best to just accept that a specific logo won’t be doable. Getting a ‘treatment’ for Congruence Engine. Need to ensure we can get the ‘treatment’ for the Data Register and our presentations. Nina to follow up and link in with the conference programme that is currently being designed.
