• Round table discussion (15 mins):
  • What’s working well?
  • Any challenges?
• Chapter outlines (perhaps we do this by section, ABC) – 1hr 15ish
  • Lead author from each chapter (or representative, if lead author can’t attend) to give v quick (2 min) summary of progress on the chapter and how it’s evolved from the abstract
  • Round table discussion (after each section) – responses, thoughts, areas of convergence, omissions etc?
• Next steps
  • Coordinators for paper clusters
  • Timetable for delivering written drafts; + who is reading what in which order
  • Anything we can put in place to resolve challenge

1. Main budgetary work has been completed now, so Tejala is freer to help with conference details.
2. Saltaire Wikithon going ahead for 9th Sept with Wikipedian Andy Mabbett facilitating. Meeting happening on 20th Aug to plan the work (Maggie (also maybe Caroline and Les), Andy, Arran, Julia. Alex F, Tim, Max).
3. We’d still be up for doing this (Julia, Nina, Arran - anyone else?) - how we approached the work in Congruence Engine and the complexities of it.
