Data Extraction

1. Scroll down to Influencers widget
2. Set number of profiles dropdown to 4000
3. Export as CSV

Import and compile data

• [x] Export all Influencer data (csv tables) from sample dashboards
• [x] Import all csv tables a separate sheets into a Google Sheet to preserve source data.
• [x] Add a Column A Source to each sheet. Fill in every row that has data with the sheet’s imported name. This is to preserve source data after it is combined.
• [x] Combine all tabs into one using Power Tools add-on
• [x] Create pivot table or use Power Tool to dedupe
• [x] Reformat/map fields to the format that Linkfluence team needs them in (TBD)
• [x] Extract full list and post in [ARCHIVED] Symplur Migration and/or [ARCHIVED] Symplur Platform Analysis once final for records

Lessons Learned

Oops. I did this too prematurely using the Engagement Activity widget, before seeing that the Influencer widget has the stakeholder tag data PLUS its relation to users, which is way more in depth. I documented how I did the initial Engagement Activity widget data compilation before what you see above…. leaving it below, as the Influencer Widget data exercise is really based off what I already did below:

Pulled CSV tables of stakeholder tags (labels) within the Engagement Activity widget for all Sample Dashboards, then put into a spreadsheet and combined all sheets into a single table to identify all possible labels. Finally, cleaned up via pivot table.
