Asystole -->> Epinephrine (Vasopressin is alternative)

Ventricular Fibrillation (VF)

The best initial therapy for VF is an immediate, unsynchronized cardioversion (Defibrillation) followed by the resumption of CPR if this was not effective.

If failed, give epinephrine or vasopressin and repeat the shock

Correct electrolytes, give Magnesium without waiting for the level. Then give, Amiodarone and repeat shock. 2nd line Lidocaine

Ventricular Tachycardia (VT)

assess hemodynamic status first
