AI should make you think HARDER, not less. The difference? Chain prompts. Instead of asking AI to think FOR you, you think WITH it. Four connected questions that build on each other. Each answer feeds the next question. My formula for chaining prompts to validate your business idea: Step 1: Extract Real Problems "Analyze these 20 customer reviews from [competitor]. Extract the top 5 recurring complaints. For each: exact quote, frequency, and evidence they'd pay to solve it." This forces you to research. No assumptions. Real data. Step 2: Design Solutions "Using Pain #1 from above, create 3 specific offers. Each needs: clear name, single promise, target outcome, simple guarantee. Price them at $97, $297, $497." You're not asking for ideas. You're building on research. Step 3: Create Assets "Turn Offer #2 into: 1 LinkedIn post, 1 email, 1 landing page headline with 3 bullets. Use the exact customer language from Step 1." Your copy resonates because it's built on real words from real people. Step 4: Execute "Create a weekend launch checklist. Include: tasks, tools, time estimates, success metrics. Assume no audience, $0 budget." Concrete. Actionable. No fluff. The magic happens in the connections. Each prompt builds on the previous one.
