Why should we solve it?
We already have an issue where customers don’t find all the right people, as they can target due to missing/limited title searches. This will increase the results showcasing the underlying data's depth.
It is a great opportunity to be at the forefront of the shifting search paradigm where search is no longer just about the words being used, but is context dependent, i.e. what am I trying to do or get at? Google is shifting towards this, and the latest SearchGPT announcements are similar in the problems they are trying to solve.
Most of the existing competitors have not solved this in their products today, albeit they have done some level of this by using synonyms. So, it presents a good product differentiator (provided we can produce the right relevant results).
