Structure

- One entry per podcast, article, report, or book. Timestamped. Immutable after creation. Related to Themes via Relation property.
- living synthesis pages. Updated every time a new source is added. Sub-topics live as H2 headings inside each theme. When a sub-topic hits 5+ insights from 3+ sources, it graduates to its own page.
Actions - things to try, tools to test, practices to adopt
Pattern Log — synthesis on patterns, contradictions, and evolving mental models across all sources.
Open Questions — Unresolved questions collected from all themes. Reviewed monthly.

How to Add New Content

Step	What	How
1	Consume content	Consume podcast, article, report, book and decide whether to add as new entry to AI KB
2	Create `sources/` entry	Paste transcript + Prompt 1 into LLM → get formatted entry
3	Save to Sources DB	Create a new entry in Source DB, paste body, set properties (Type, Date, Tags, Themes relation)
4	Update each `themes/`	For each linked Theme, paste current page + new source into LLM with Prompt 2 → paste updated content back
5	Extract actions	Add to Actions with source link
6	Pattern check	If you spot a cross-source pattern or contradiction → Pattern Log
