Overview

An AI-powered task execution engine designed to move beyond traditional task managers. Instead of organizing tasks, it completes them.

This project focused on designing a clean, AI-first, conversion-driven interface that makes execution feel seamless and trustworthy.

🎯 Problem Statement

<aside>

Most productivity tools are built to help users organize tasks, but they stop short of actually completing them. They require constant manual follow-ups, rely on users to switch between platforms, and often feel more like static dashboards than intelligent assistants.

Even after planning is done, users still have to compare pricing, coordinate across services, track progress themselves, and repeat the same recurring workflows every month. As a result, there’s a clear gap between planning work and actually getting work done, and that’s where Task Engine steps in.

💡 Solution

Design an AI-first task engine that:

  1. Converts natural language into structured execution plans
  2. Transparently calculates pricing models
  3. Connects to external platforms securely
  4. Executes tasks autonomously
  5. Tracks progress in real-time
  6. Handles one-time, hourly, and recurring subscriptions

It acts like a digital operator — not a task list.
