Project Overview

This project automates the entire lead generation and outreach pipeline β€” from scraping local business data off Google Maps, to enriching it with executive contact info, to sending hyper-personalized cold emails at scale. The system combines browser-based scraping tools, AI-powered coding agents, and intelligent email generation into a repeatable, scalable workflow.

Who this is for: Anyone targeting local businesses β€” HVAC companies, coffee shops, restaurants, manufacturers, baristas, or any company listed on Google Maps.

Example use case: Scraping all HVAC companies in Austin, Texas, enriching their data with CEO/CFO emails, and sending personalized outreach.
