AI Pix is designed to minimize data collection. We only collect the information necessary to provide AI generation services and to maintain a safe environment:

• User Content: Photos or text prompts you provide for AI-based generation. These may be temporarily processed on our servers to generate results, but we do not use them for other purposes.
• Report/Flag Data: If you report inappropriate AI-generated content using the in-app report function, we may collect the reported content, your reason for reporting, and technical details (e.g., time of report).
• Transaction Data: When you purchase credits or subscriptions through Google Play, we receive confirmation of the purchase (e.g., product ID, transaction status) for enabling premium features.
• Device Information (limited): Non-identifiable technical information such as app version, error logs, or device type may be collected for troubleshooting and improving app stability.

We do not collect personally identifiable information such as name, email, or phone number unless you choose to contact us directly.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information collected only for the following purposes:

• To process your AI image generation requests.
• To allow users to report and flag inappropriate content, and to improve our filters and moderation.
• To handle transactions, credit usage, and unlock premium features.
• To maintain app functionality, fix bugs, and improve user experience.

We do not sell or share your personal information with advertisers or unrelated third parties.
