Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the AI Memo mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

1. Use of the Service

You must comply with all applicable laws when using AI Memo. You may only use the Service for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes unless explicitly authorized by us.

You agree not to:

• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Upload harmful, illegal, or copyrighted content without permission
• Use the Service to create misleading, harmful, or inappropriate content

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms.

2. User Content

2.1 Your Rights

You retain ownership of the content you upload to the Service (“User Content”). Uploading content grants us a limited, non-exclusive license to:

• Process your content
• Generate AI output
• Deliver the results to you

This license is temporary and exists only to operate the Service.

2.2 Face Data

Images containing faces are processed only for generating results. Face data is not stored, retained, or used to train AI models. Your images are automatically deleted after processing.
