• Images and Media: When you upload photos or images for AI processing, we use those files only to generate the results you requested.
• Text Inputs (Prompts): Any text you type, such as prompts, tags, or descriptions, is used to produce AI outputs.
• Account or Profile Information (Optional): If you sign in through third-party services (for example Apple or Google), we may receive basic profile information such as your name, email address, and user ID.
• Contact Information: Information you provide when contacting support (email, messages).

1.2 Automatically Collected Information

We may automatically collect certain information when you use the App:

• Device information (model, operating system version, app version)
• IP address and approximate location (country-level only)
• Usage and diagnostics data, including crash reports and performance metrics

We do not collect precise GPS location data unless you explicitly enable a location-based feature, and then only with your consent.

2. Face Data Is Not Retained

AI Memo processes face-related information strictly for real-time functionality and does not retain facial data.

• No storage of face data: We do not retain, archive, or store any facial information. Uploaded images are deleted from our servers after processing is complete.
• No facial recognition: We do not generate, store, or use biometric identifiers or facial templates for identification or profiling.
• No training use: Images containing faces are never used to train or improve our AI models unless you explicitly and voluntarily provide written consent.
