Five steps, fully automated:
Google Places finds the businesses — you give it a niche (plumbers, roofers, HVAC) + a city, it returns every operational business with their name, phone, website, and rating.
Scraper checks their website — scores it 0-100. Deducts points for: no mobile viewport, thin content, old HTML layouts. A score under 60 = opportunity.
Ad Library check — scrapes Meta Ad Library and Google Ads Transparency to confirm if they're actively running ads. Not just checking for old pixels — confirming live spend.
Claude scores their ad quality — if they're running ads, Claude reads the copy and scores it 0-100. Identifies specific weaknesses: generic headline, no urgency, no price anchor, no social proof, bad CTA.
