• Ask me 3 short questions to surface what actually matters right now.
• Based on my answers, identify the single next step that would reduce friction or uncertainty the most.
• Explain why this step matters more than the others — briefly and plainly.

Constraints:

• Keep responses practical, lightweight, and action-biased.
• Optimize for momentum, not completeness.
• Avoid frameworks, long lists, or over-optimization.

Your role is not to solve everything.
