Goal: Automate the process of collecting leads from businesses (e.g., banks) and sending them personalized cold emails using AI, with zero manual work.

Problem: Manually searching for business data, researching each company, drafting personalized emails, and following up is time-consuming and inefficient. Most CRMs or outreach tools don’t provide real personalization or web-scraped insights.

Solution: An end-to-end automation that:

• Scrapes businesses from Google Maps using Apify
• Enriches each with emails (Anymail Finder) + company insights (Perplexity AI)
• Writes tailored cold emails (OpenAI)
• Logs to Google Sheets and sends emails via Outlook

🔹 Step 1 – Trigger the automation in Make.com manually or via schedule

🔹 Step 2 – Run Apify’s Google Maps Extractor to collect business info (name, address, website)

🔹 Step 3 – Add a delay to wait for the Apify job to complete

🔹 Step 4 – Extract dataset from Apify (Get Dataset Items)

🔹 Step 5 – Use Anymail Finder to get the business email from the scraped website

🔹 Step 6 – Use Perplexity AI to analyze the company’s website and generate a business description

🔹 Step 7 – Generate a personalized cold email with OpenAI (ChatGPT Prompt)

🔹 Step 8 – Route flow: If email found: send message via Outlook

🔹 Step 9 – Log all the lead data into Google Sheets
