You'll turn Phacet's AI agents into production workflows that finance and operations teams rely on every day.
About Phacet
Phacet is an AI-native platform for finance and operations teams. We build AI agents that automate the work CFOs, finance directors (DAF), and accounting teams spend their days on invoice processing, reconciliation, ledger matching, ERP and accounting-tool integrations, and the long tail of manual operations in between.
We're an early-stage, fast-moving team backed by strong investors, deploying with real finance teams across France. The product is live, customers are paying, and the deployment motion is what turns a powerful platform into measurable impact for each client.
The role
As AI Deployment Strategist, you own client deployments end to end. You're the person who walks into a finance team's reality, their tools, their messy data, their workflows, and comes out with Phacet agents running in production and adopted by the team.
This is a hybrid role at the intersection of solution engineering, product, and customer success. You'll scope the highest-value use cases, design and configure agent workflows, wire up the integrations, onboard the team, and stay close enough to the results to make them stick. You work directly with our co-founders and feed everything you learn back into the product roadmap.
What you'll do
- Scope use cases. Sit with finance and ops teams, map their workflows, and identify where Phacet agents create the most value fastest.
- Design agent workflows. Configure, test, and iterate on agent workflows that handle real accounting and finance operations reliably.
- Own integrations. Connect Phacet to clients' accounting and ERP systems (Pennylane, Cegid, Odoo, Sage, QuickBooks, and others), including data backfills and ongoing sync.
- Onboard and drive adoption. Train finance teams, build trust in the agents, and turn early wins into durable, daily usage.
- Guard reliability. Monitor deployments, catch and resolve errors quickly, and raise the quality bar for what "production-ready" means.
- Close the loop with product. Translate field learnings into clear product feedback and shape what we build next.
What we're looking for
- 3+ years in a deployment, solution engineering, technical customer success, consulting, or finance-operations role ideally where you owned outcomes, not just tickets.
- Comfort with data and light technical work: APIs, integrations, structured data, and a willingness to get hands-on. You don't need to be a software engineer, but you're not afraid of a schema or a CSV.
- Strong understanding of (or fast ability to learn) finance and accounting workflows. Familiarity with the French accounting stack (Pennylane, Cegid, FEC, lettrage, PCG) is a real plus.
- Excellent communication in French and English, you'll work with French finance teams and an international product environment.
- Ownership mindset: you're energized by ambiguity, you move fast, and you measure yourself by client impact.
