Single Grain needs a standardized library of AI workflows.
I want to be the one who builds it.

👋
Hey Eric & Team — I'm Max Yang.
I'll keep it short. I want to join Single Grain's AI automation team.
Instead of just applying, I started building.

The Goal: Build the central nervous system for Single Grain’s AI operations.
Each module below is a plug-and-play asset, documented with a Loom walkthrough, a logic breakdown, and the exact ROI it delivers.
The vision: Any team member can browse, deploy, and scale their output without needing to be a technical expert!

The Vision: A Central Nervous System for AI Ops

A prototype of what a scaled, searchable library of AI workflows looks like for the Single Grain team.
The Prototypes:

- High-Value Lead Slack Alerter
- Lead Intelligence Engine
Roadmap 🛣️

The First 30 Days: "Winning Back Your Time"
- The Work: I’m not just going to build random stuff. I want to sit in on a few calls or shadow a workflow and find the one thing everyone hates doing because it’s tedious. I’ll automate that first.
- The Goal: By the end of month one, I want at least three people on the team to tell you, "Max just saved me 5 hours this week."
The Next 60 Days: "Making it Stick"
- The Work: Automations break. I want to make sure mine don't. I’ll spend this month building the "Single Grain Playbook" for these tools—Loom videos and simple guides so if I’m not in the room, the system still runs perfectly.
- The Goal: Transitioning from "Max's projects" to "Single Grain assets."
The 90-Day Vision: "ROI & Beyond"
- The Work: I want to look at the "big" stuff—how we can use AI to actually help clients grow faster, not just save us time.
- The Goal: I want to be the guy you point to when someone asks how Single Grain is moving so much faster than every other agency.
The Learning & Reputation
- The Learning: I’m 20. I can build the tech all day, but I can’t simulate the experience of being in the room where the big calls happen. I want to see how you prioritize what to build next when everything is moving at 10x speed. I'm here to be a sponge.
- The Reputation: I’m not looking for a line on a resume. I want to be the intern who actually 'leveled up' the company's internal engine. If I leave and the tools I built are still being used every day, that's a win for me.
