Role Overview
StaffAI is on a mission to redefine how mid-market companies build their revenue teams.
We deploy commission-only AI employees that operate like human reps and are compensated solely on the outcomes they deliver, fully aligned with the revenue impact they generate.
This model lets companies scale their sales and marketing capacity instantly, without adding headcount, overhead, or ramp time.
Your job is to design and develop the reusable tools and components that each AI employee uses to get work done.
What You’ll Do
- Design and evolve StaffAI’s core orchestration components that enable AI agents to act, collaborate, and learn across the Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM) framework.
- Standardize orchestration patterns (for example, library definition, request routing, tool chaining, or multi-agent hand-offs) to ensure consistency and observability across deployments.
- Architect scalable, modular infrastructure for reuse in customer deployments.
- Help define best practices around reusable agent frameworks, data models, toolsets, and playbooks.
- Collaborate with Forward-Deployed CTOs to identify reusable patterns and consolidate them into platform components.
- Mentor and enable engineers and AI agents across both customer and platform domains to drive technical excellence.
- Continuously measure platform KPIs (reusability rate, deployment velocity, and cost per orchestration) to ensure the system scales efficiently.
About You
- Hands-on experience with LLM frameworks and orchestration (LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, Atomic Agents, etc.).
