1. Overview ADHD Buddy ("the App") is designed to prioritize your privacy. We believe that your tasks, habits, and personal data belong to you. We do not collect, store, or sell your personal data.

2. Data Storage All data generated by the App (including tasks, settings, and timers) is stored locally on your device using Apple's UserDefaults and App Groups technologies.

• Local Storage: Your data resides solely on your iPhone.
• Widgets: Data is shared securely between the main App and the Home Screen Widget using a local App Group container. This data never leaves your device.

3. Third-Party Services The App does not use any third-party analytics services (like Google Analytics or Mixpanel) and contains no advertising SDKs. We do not track your behavior or usage patterns.

4. Data Retention Since we do not host servers, we do not retain your data. If you delete the App from your device, all data associated with it is permanently deleted (unless you have performed a system-level backup via iCloud or iTunes).
