Alignment| "Calling In" (someway to call people's attention in)
The purpose of Alignment is to become mindful of the collective start time and our individual posture/readiness.
Suggested Alignment Practice: OneAlignment
In Person:
- One person snaps fingers once (or claps once) to alert the group they are "ready" to begin & that person adjusts their posture as needed.
- Each person snaps (or claps) once to signal the group they are also "ready" and adjusts their posture as needed.
- After last person signals, everyone snaps (or claps) together to signify a collective start.
On Video Conferencing:
- One person raises one finger & adjusts their posture as needed
- Each person raises finger and adjusts their posture to signal they are ready to begin too
- After last person signals, everyone lowers fingers together to signify a collective start
Breathing| Mind & Heart-fully breathing together followed by silence.
This could be just a moment of silence, guided, or un-guided.
