  • Michael will try to get an update from both Dylan and A4D for the next meeting
• Oleg:
  • code runs much faster on Mac M1?
  • code works for 2017, 2018 for personal data, for product data for all years
    • code quality issues: product balance is not the same before and after the transformation
    • no problems found with personal data
    • flow tool is useful but complicate and needs manual afterwork
• Yann:
  • working on multiple fronts
  • looked into helpful R packages for profiling, relative paths, R Markdown
  • Rstudio is set as IDE
• Tasos:
  • started with running the code
  • tried to run patient data, worked so far (besides insulin dose?), product made problems
  • worked on WIKI entry about using VSC
• Mischan:
  • work on generating flow chart for product data
  • same point as Oleg: difference in balance calculation for products
  • create some issues for problems found with the code
• Hanna:
  • setup is working
  • didn’t know enough R to dig deeper in the code
