My role: Communications and Content Associate
My responsibilities included:
- Developed content strategy and moodboards, organising campaign assets across pre-launch, live-event, and post-event phases to ensure a cohesive narrative.
- Produced editorial copy for social media captions and carousel posts, shaping the tone and messaging surrounding the event.
- Designed carousel graphics and collaborated with the creative team to maintain a consistent visual identity.
- Built and maintained content calendars, coordinating deliverables and ensuring timely communication across campaign stages.
- Created short-form video content for Instagram Stories and edited the event recap video to extend audience engagement after the programme.
- Supported the physical production of the two-day event, assisting with installation, setup, and breakdown to ensure smooth execution.
