About the Organization: A Third Space launched a sub-project, Common Area, an experimental cafe gathering that brings together conversations, music, and community through a multidisciplinary format. I supported the debut edition, contributing to content strategy, creative communications, and on-site production before, during, and after the event.

My role: Communications and Content Associate

My responsibilities included:

  1. Developed content strategy and moodboards, organising campaign assets across pre-launch, live-event, and post-event phases to ensure a cohesive narrative.
  2. Produced editorial copy for social media captions and carousel posts, shaping the tone and messaging surrounding the event.
  3. Designed carousel graphics and collaborated with the creative team to maintain a consistent visual identity.
  4. Built and maintained content calendars, coordinating deliverables and ensuring timely communication across campaign stages.
  5. Created short-form video content for Instagram Stories and edited the event recap video to extend audience engagement after the programme.
  6. Supported the physical production of the two-day event, assisting with installation, setup, and breakdown to ensure smooth execution.
