House Rules

1. Mima n Mami has no set working hours and visitors are always welcome to ask questions about our tenants at any time.
2. Please be respectful to both tenants and managers.
3. Mima n Mami only accept Business, Cyber, and Rant accounts as visitors. Any forms received from Personal or Alter accounts will be declined.
4. Please include your X account in your form and your account must be accessible to the public until your form is approved.
5. Please read your chosen tenant’s regulations before reserving a session.
6. Mima n Mami have the complete right to ensure the tenants' safety. Should any rule or boundary be crossed, they may independently decide to end the session at any time.
7. In the event of unexpected circumstances or rule violations, our tenants have the right to decline or end the session with visitors.
8. Upfront payment should be made to avoid hit-and-run. Payment can be made by scanning the QRIS barcode.
9. No refunds after payment is made (unless for special circumstances), but you can ask for a reschedule through Mima n Mami.
