This document assumes that you already have a basic understanding of how to navigate the Creation Kit and create mods/patches. You will need to understand how to navigate through your Skyrim directories—particularly the data folder—to add or locate existing textures from the base game.

This document explains how to add addiitonal custom horse equipment to A Horse’s Life, including barding, saddles or any other equipment. This will ensure that all horses can wear the equipment and will automatically equip it when added to their inverntory.
The following will be required to be installed and accessible by the Creation Kit in order to open key scripts in the Creation Kit without receiving errors and potentially breaking key properties.
