As someone living with multiple chronic physical and mental health conditions, I would not have been able to access the healthcare I needed without the help of my local and online disabled, trans, and racialized communities. By illuminating the steps to receiving gender-affirming care in BC, this document is my way of giving back to the communities that have given me so much.
