ChartPilot does not collect, store, or share any user data.

Specifically, we do not collect:

• Uploaded images
• Financial information
• Device information
• Usage analytics

All image analysis is processed securely via the OpenAI API and remains on the server only during processing. No images or outputs are stored after processing is completed.

2. Data Processing

When a user uploads an image for analysis:

• The image is securely transmitted to the OpenAI API.
• No data is stored on our servers.
• After the analysis is performed, the data is discarded and not retained.
