99math is one of the biggest classroom math games in the US, used by close to 4M kids every month and 80K teachers, with 100–500K new kids joining the platform each month. Kids discover the game at school, love it, and take it home. The vision is to build the #1 social math platform globally.

The problem you'll own

Teacher growth has been organic for two years and it held. Now we're ready to pour fuel on it. Your job is to turn the teacher acquisition curve into a steep one, starting with back-to-school 2026, which directly translates to millions of new kids and revenue.

Every teacher you bring in puts 99math in front of 40+ kids. Those kids take it home, play with friends, and pull in more. The chain reaction is already proven - your job is to make it bigger. Not many marketing roles let you directly change how millions of kids feel about math.

What you'll actually do

• Plan and run the back-to-school campaign: influencer partnerships, teacher ambassador program, community activation
• Own influencer relationships end-to-end — sourcing, briefing, tracking performance, iterating
• Build the kind of buzz that gets teachers talking to teachers and 99math spreading across the U.S
• Reactivate our 1M+ teacher email database through targeted campaigns
• Work with the product team to align live ops events with marketing moments
• Report directly to the CEO; own the marketing budget and how it's spent

What we're looking for

• Has run influencer and creator campaigns before
• Knows how to create buzz and word-of-mouth in a consumer-facing product
• Understands the US market and culture, ideally K-12 education or consumer apps
• Can work independently and move fast in a small team

• Experience building ambassador or community programs from scratch
